Caine's Arcade from Nirvan Mullick on Vimeo.

I love how the universe works - it sends you just what you need right when you need it. It has been quite a testing time as of late (yet as we all know - if you are able to read this - that our "problems" are tiny little specks compared to many others) and so I happened to come across these documentaries at just the right time to remind me that there is still good in the world.

The first, is a documentary called "Being Elmo". It has been in my netflix queue for a while as I've heard great things about it but never got round to watching it - boy do I wish I had pressed play sooner! I was just flicking through channels last night and it happened to be on PBS. I was glued to the screen! It's an incredibly moving story about following your dream whatever it may be and despite naysayers. To take risks and put yourself out there and you'll never know where you end up! I never really cry in movies/docos but I was moved to tears at the warmth and joy this movie brought. This is a MUST SEE!

The second is Caine's Arcade. Just watch - it explains it all. Another moving and adorable story about an incredibly smart kid that pursued his passion and look what it brought him! Moved to tears of joy once again! Seriously!

Lastly - proof again that there are good people still in the world. A great reminder what you put out you receive and I hope that this kid receives back all the love he puts out. Watch the video here.
